Analyze Your Hevy Workout Data
Use your Hevy workout export to explore training trends without moving your history to another service. Gym Log reads the CSV locally in your browser, so you can analyze Hevy data without uploading the file.
What your Hevy workout history can show
Weekly metrics
Review workout count, completed sets, external-load volume, duration, and distance across Monday-based weeks.
Exercise progress
Visualize individual exercises by maximum or average weight, repetitions, estimated 1RM, sets, or volume.
Muscle analytics
See muscle-group volume trends and a body map based on exercises that Gym Log can match reliably.
Export your workouts from Hevy
To export Hevy workout history, follow these steps:
Select Profile. Open your profile in the Hevy app.
Select Settings. Open the app settings from your profile.
Select Export & Import Data. Open Hevy’s data-transfer options.
Select Export Data, then Export Workouts. Hevy will create the workout-history CSV for you.
Once the export is ready, select it in Gym Log to visualize weekly training, exercise progress, and muscle-group analytics.
